Cocoa (some call it "hot chocolate) is a popular Mexican drink. Cocoa has been common in Mexico for many years. This simple drink can be enhanced with whipped cream, ice cream, caramel, cinnamon and many other ingredients.
Mexican Cocoa Recipe

Yield: 2 servings
o 2 cups milk
o 3 (1-inch) cinnamon sticks
o 4 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate, broken into small pieces
o 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
o dash of ground cinnamon
1. Heat milk and cinnamon sticks over low heat until steaming. Do not boil.
2. Place baking chocolate and sugar in warm, small bowl.
3. Remove cinnamon sticks from milk and pour milk over chocolate and sugar and let stand 1 minute.
