Mexican Cocoa Recipe



Ingredients:
* 2 cups milk
* 3 (1-inch) cinnamon sticks
* 4 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate, broken into small pieces
* 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
* dash of ground cinnamon

Directions
1. Heat milk and cinnamon sticks over low heat until steaming. Do not boil.
2. Place baking chocolate and sugar in warm, small bowl.
3. Remove cinnamon sticks from milk and pour milk over chocolate and sugar and let stand 1 minute.
4. Stir until chocolate and sugar are dissolved.
5. Serve in mugs with a dash of cinnamon on top.
2 servings.
