7 ripe medium California avocados, seeded and peeled 1 cup onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tomatoe, diced 1/2 pound Monterey jack cheese, grated 3 mild green chiles, diced 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt (Lowry's or your favorite)
1. In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend. Store covered in refrigerator.
